Marian has worked in the mental health sector for over 20 years with experience in one-to-one support, coordinating day programs and support coordination for NDIS participants with complex needs and psychiatric disabilities. She has also published an article in the Australian Journal on Psychosocial Rehabilitation exploring transitional employment for those with mental health diagnoses.
Marian joined The Banyans team to provide the support people required rather than the current mental health treatment that is widely available. She loves being part of the recovery journey and feels energised when working with patients to make positive changes in their lives.
