Sam brings 11 years of experience using exercise and movement to support individuals with mental health conditions and persistent pain. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where guests can explore movement at their own pace, with tailored plans designed to meet their unique goals and needs. Sam especially enjoys motivating and educating guests to reframe their expectations around exercise and physical activity. In her spare time, she loves running and riding bikes with her kids.
