Toby joins The Banyans team as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, with a vast background in healthcare. Originally graduating from his Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition Major, Toby worked as a Grade 1 Dietitian in Brisbane Hospitals before returning to university to complete his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology with Honours. Toby currently works as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for Queensland Sports Medicine Centre, whom The Banyans uphold a strong relationship with.

Given Toby’s background in delivering nutritional advice in a clinical setting, he can provide regimented information to fulfil your needs as an individual or an athlete. In addition, Toby possesses a deep understanding of movement from a biomechanical standpoint and has a well-trained eye for movement compensations, weaknesses, and dysfunctional movement patterns. Furthermore, as an accredited Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Toby is qualified to coach athletes from club to state level in strength and conditioning.
When he’s not in the clinic, Toby has a keen interest in investing and trading, and loves a good hike in a deep rainforest. He also enjoys going for a cycle around Brisbane on the weekends.
