Carli brings over 20 years of yoga experience, with a strong focus on strength, flexibility, and posture. With a unique background in both dance and military service, she understands firsthand how yoga supports recovery by nurturing the body, calming the mind, and enhancing overall wellbeing. Carli’s positive, encouraging, and gentle presence creates a safe and supportive space for healing. Outside the studio, she enjoys reading, walking, solving crosswords, and spending quality time with family and friends.
