Renee brings over two decades of experience teaching yoga and has led retreats both nationally and internationally. She integrates posture, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy into a variety of flowing, structural, restorative, and therapeutic styles. Renee has completed numerous courses in yoga and meditation, and has served on the State, National, and Executive Committees of Yoga Australia. Passionate about the peaceful power of yoga, she loves to share how it can help manage stress, enhance wellbeing and cultivate health.
