Rebekah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian (ANZAED) with a PhD in Sports Nutrition from the Australian Institute of Sport. Since 2014, she has worked across elite sport, clinical practice, and academia, serving as Lead Performance Dietitian for several professional teams including the Essendon Football Club, ACT Brumbies, Melbourne Rebels, and Melbourne Football Club.
Her doctoral research in sports nutrition has been widely published and recognised, earning her the 2019 Emerging Sports Nutrition Research Award. With over eight years of experience, Rebekah has lectured in nutrition and dietetics at university level and maintains a strong interest in eating disorders, women’s health, and the intersection of mental health and nutrition. She is passionate about applying evidence-based strategies to support both physical performance and emotional wellbeing.
