No one should feel confused and alone.

When someone we care about is struggling, it is normal to feel frustrated, overwhelmed and confused. As we try to navigate the chaos around us, we may be hurt by conflict and disappointment. You may feel powerless because your loved one cannot seem to recognise the damage they are doing to themselves or others. It isn’t fair that you are suffering as well. How can you protect yourself from these challenges while supporting them and encouraging them to seek help?

Receive the team, time and tools to move forward.

At The Banyans, we have helped hundreds of families navigate the turbulence caused by addiction, mental health conditions, eating disorders and chronic stress. These experiences are not easy to navigate – but you are not alone. Our Support and Coaching Packages offer you the personalised, skills-based support you need from a Masters-qualified psychologist.
